I'm so glad you're a FlyBaby now! You won't be sorry! Did you read about the Control Journal on my blog? That has really helped to keep me focused. Even if I get off track, I come back to my journal and I can immediately see what needs to be done that day.
The book "sink reflections" is worth buying, in order to refer back as often as necessary.
